However, all sales and purchases made through our Store are directly between you and MisterGuru.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with MisterGuru.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, provided that failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced.
