Processing time All orders are processed within  5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold — check our current promotions for details.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time.

Customs and import duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
