Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not happy with it, you can return it.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you received your order, without giving a reason. This applies to all online orders, including orders paid with a discount code.

How to return

Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at info@themisterguru.com. Please include your order number and, if you like, the reason.

We confirm your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.

Send the item back within 14 days after you told us you are returning it.

Condition of the item

Please return the item unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with the original labels and in its original packaging, so we can sell it again. You may try it on the way you would in a shop. If an item shows signs of use beyond that, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.

Refunds

We refund the full purchase price, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing. We may wait until we have received the item or you can show it is on its way. The refund goes to the payment method you used.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong (see below).

Defective or wrong item

Received something damaged, defective or not what you ordered? Contact us right away at info@themisterguru.com. We arrange a free return label and send a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Preorders (Team Guru Varsity Jacket)

The same 14-day right of withdrawal applies. It starts the day you receive your jacket. We ship within up to 4 weeks after your order, as stated on the product page. If we expect a delay, we email you.
